## What is Foundry?

Foundry is a validation workspace designed for startup founders. It provides a structured workflow to move from assumptions to evidence before building a product. Founders use Foundry to map their business model, extract and prioritize hypotheses, conduct customer interviews, and synthesize research with AI assistance.

Foundry integrates directly with Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol) through the Cofounder plugin. This allows Claude to brainstorm canvas cards, generate hypotheses, write interview questions, and synthesize interview transcripts inside the workspace.

Drop in interview transcripts and notes. Claude analyzes them against your hypotheses, identifying what validates, what invalidates, and where gaps remain. This replaces hours of manual synthesis work.

### Validation Tracking
Track the status of each hypothesis (validated, invalidated, needs more data) with confidence scores based on interview evidence. See your validation progress at a glance.

### Evidence-Backed Roadmap
